In line with the Youth Sports Trust initiative to develop gifted and talented young sports people by improving the range and quality of teaching, coaching and learning available to them. UKSAM has developed its own talent identification programme by referring talented young sports people to local sports clubs, the youth sports trust and the National Governing Body.
