How it all works - The Next Step

The first stage is for us to understand and analyse your needs, as a result we would kindly ask you to complete a basic Activity Requirement Form online. Simply click on the tab on the left hand side. Once this form has been received, an activity manager will then call you to discuss your requirements.


An initial site visit is then normally required to discuss the delivery of activities chosen, assess the facilities and/or equipment available/required and conduct an initial activity risk assessment.


Once the activities have been confirmed and contracts signed the activity manager will then provide a detailed scheme of work with desired differentiated learning outcomes specific to each activity and/or each student group if required.


The activity manager will then oversee the delivery of activities within the agreed time scales.
